Back Pain? Prevention and Treatment


Average of nearly 80% of adults suffer from back pain (Low Back Pain). What causes it? was largely caused by the use of the spine that is not true. This pain is usually felt at the time I wake up in the morning or after sitting / standing too long, it could be after coughing / sneezing continuously. This pain will be reduced when used rest or lie down. What about prevention? Note the correct position at the time: 
Sitting. 
When seated use a hard chair and put your spine in a straight line on the back of the chair. Try one or both of your knees higher than your hips. 
Sleep. 
If sleep does not use a mattress that is too soft (slightly harder). Do not sleep in a face down position. If you sleep tilted position, bend your legs at the knees and hips. 
Stand. 
Stand with your back straight bottom. If standing for long periods using a footrest, do not wear flat shoes. 

The car steering wheel. 
Use a hard chair. Sit in a good position and a sufficient distance so that your feet can reach the pedals easily. 
Lifting the way. 
Bend your hips and your rear knee. Keep the items that raised close to you. Do not lift heavy items above your waist. 
Sports. 
Ragalah exercise regularly, after recovering from back pain to muscle stiffness but do not warm up and relax before doing heavy latiha. 

When the pain / pain comes you can take classes of analgesics NSAIDs (piroxicam 20 mg 2 x daily drinking or taking Ibuprofen 200 mg 3 xsehari) - This medication should be done after meals and rest sufficiently. Based on the facts among all patients with Low Back Pain is only 5% who require surgery. If the pain does not subside after taking the medication and adequate rest, please immediately consult your doctor.
